1. I acknowledge that participating in the Iloilo Dinagyang Marathon 4 Heritage Run 2027 involves a significant level of physical exertion and is potentially hazardous. I hereby confirm that I am physically fit and capable of participating in this event.

2. I understand that there are inherent risks associated with marathon running, including but not limited to: muscle strains, falls, collisions with other participants or objects, overexertion, dehydration, and other unforeseen conditions that may result in injury or loss.

3. I willingly assume all risks associated with my participation in the Iloilo Dinagyang Marathon 4 Heritage Run 2027, and I release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and all related parties from any liability for any injury, loss, damage, or expense that may arise during or as a result of my participation in the event.

4. I agree to comply with all event rules and regulations, as well as the instructions provided by event officials. I understand that failure to do so may result in my disqualification from the event.

5. I grant permission to the event organizers and their authorized representatives to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other media record of the event in which I may appear for any legitimate purpose, without compensation.

6. I understand that the registration fee for the Iloilo Dinagyang Marathon 4 Heritage Run 2027 is non-refundable, even in the event of my withdrawal from the race or cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. I confirm that I am authorized to submit this reservation on behalf of the participants listed above and that all information I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.

8. Data Privacy. I understand that the personal information provided through this group registration portal, including but not limited to names, contact information, birth dates, gender, address, emergency contact details, race distance, and apparel sizes, will be collected and processed by Velocity 5000 Management Inc. and authorized event personnel for legitimate purposes related to the Iloilo Dinagyang Marathon 4 Heritage Run 2027, including group registration processing, race administration, participant identification, race-day operations, safety and emergency response, communication, payment verification, and other purposes directly related to the organization and conduct of the event.

Personal information may be shared, where necessary and appropriate, with authorized service providers, timing and race-operations partners, medical or emergency personnel, and other authorized parties involved in the administration and conduct of the event. Personal information will not be disclosed to unauthorized third parties except where required or permitted by law.

Personal information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, comply with applicable legal and operational requirements, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, subject to the organization's applicable data-retention policies.

I understand that, subject to applicable law, I have rights as a data subject, including the right to be informed about the processing of my personal information, the right to access and request correction of inaccurate information, and other rights provided under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

I confirm that I am authorized to submit the personal information of the participants listed in this reservation. I have informed the participants, where applicable, that their personal information will be collected and processed for the purposes stated above and have obtained any necessary authorization to provide their information through this portal.
